Welcome in Sölden in the beautiful Ötztal Valley. Our home lies in a sunny, relaxing and calm area, although not far from the center of the village.  

Where would you rather stay then right next to a Skiing area. The slopes are just a few minutes by foot from the house, as well as a bus stop for the ski shuttle. In Summer you can enjoy many walks, hikes and bike rides right from our doorstep. 

The center of Sölden offers a big variety of good restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities. And the best part it’s only a 10 Minute walk away.

We offer our guest two spacious apartments where you will find yourself right at home. Towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. You will find  a ski room to store your equipment as well as a possibility to dry your shoes. Breakfast and sauna are available in the neighboors house. Check-In is at 4. p.m. and Check-Out at 10 a.m.

The Big Apartment:
The spacious apartment offers within 90 square meters, 2 double bed rooms and one single room. It is also possible to use the sofa in the living room as a bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, a coffee machine and plenty of dishes. The bathroom supplies a bath tub, a shower and two sinks. The toilet is separat from the rest. Apart from the single room, all rooms offer direct access to the balcony.

The small apartment:
The smaller apartment is situated on the ground level and has approximately 40 square meters. It has one room with a double bed, closet and Flat-TV. The living room and kitchen are separated from the bedroom with sliding door. In the kitchen you will find plenty of dishes, an oven and a TV. The bathroom supplies a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment does not have access to a terrace or balcony.
